PENCO provided conceptual engineering and a feasibility study for grading and drainage improvements caused by flood damage on this 3-acre medical campus. PENCO olive also prepared a hydrology and hydraulics report and recommendations for improvements. FEMA filings for financial grants for future improvements were also provided.

Recommendations included grading on-site and storm drain improvements connecting to the Los Angeles County Flood Control District. Los Angeles County successfully used the study to obtain FEMA financial grants.

PENCO was also on the Design-Build Team to provide site civil engineering services for grading, drainage, water, sewer and water quality design, and cost estimates. Other services included the following: a horizontal control plan; a demolition plan; a hydrology report; an erosion control plan; an underground fire line plan; a Notice of Intent (NOI), a Notice of Termination (NOT), a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), and Standard Urban Stormwater Mitigation Plan (SUSMP) reports.
