The project consisted of the construction of new sidewalks at three locations in the City of Lake Forest. Two of the sidewalk construction locations were on the northerly side of Osterman Drive, between Brydges Court and Larelda Drive, requiring construction of four-foot wide sidewalks. Both the easterly site, along Osterman Drive, and the westerly site required construction of four-foot wide sidewalks. The third location is along the easterly side of Normandale Drive, between Hedgemont Way at the end of an existing sidewalk in Vintage Park.

PENCO provided the design for the new sidewalks, over 2,000-feet in length, ADA compliant ramps, and retaining walls along various residential streets. PENCO also processed the plans for approval, on time, with the City of Lake Forest.
