J brings 40 years of experience to PENCO as the Survey Manager. J was the project manager on several large surveying projects throughout California as well as Oregon, Nevada and Virginia. With a strong background in construction, boundary and title related issues, J brings a breadth and depth of experience to PENCO working in various disciplines within the Land Surveying profession which include; state-wide microwave communication systems upgrades for the Department of Defense; over 800 Cellular Site Surveys; managing, quality control, and quantities on the Sacramento River Gradient Facility for the US Army Corps of Engineers; and boundary and easement resolution on over 2800 parcels and 30 miles of the Los Angeles Aqueduct in the Mojave Desert to facilitate the construction of five wind and three solar farm installations. J’s experience also includes map checking, parcel and tract maps, records of survey, easements, lot line adjustments and construction staking.
