PENCO provided civil engineering design for this new 15-acre retail site.

This project included coordination with the Portola Parkway and Portola Springs Road improvements.

Design included precise grading, with ADA compliance, and major on-site stormwater and sewer utilities.

This fast-track project was completed on schedule, including processing of plans for approval through the City of Irvine, Fire Department, and Water District.

The project was approved by the City of Irvine in two plan checks.
