PENCO Engineering was founded by George A. Jurica, PE, in 1988 in Santa Ana, California.  Our first three major projects were Mickey’s Toontown for Disneyland; Spectrum 4 grading for the Irvine Company in Irvine, California; and Hyde Park Drain for the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works.  We are happy to say that these same clients remain clients today and continue to be a major source of our work.  Since then, we have added hundreds of clients that continue to give us repeat work.  The key reason for this repeat work is our staff of trained professionals dedicated to excellence and outstanding service.  That quality has created the backbone of our corporate growth and success.
